Has more than forty years of experience in the waste industry beginning in 1981 with Superior Waste Services. Under his ownership, Big Apple Demolition Removal became one of the largest privately owned waste companies in South Florida. He joined BFI Waste Systems of North America Miami Division as a Vice President of Operations, managing Miami Dade County. In 2002, he started World Waste Services and was responsible for over 300 employees and managed various governmental contracts across Florida.  Mr. Saroza’ s extensive experience in the solid waste industry has led him to open his newest company, Built Rite Manufacturing, which supplies solid waste equipment to industry leaders.    Mr. Saroza is a certified State of Florida Construction and Demolition Debris Landfills and Materials Recovered Facility Operator and a Certified Safety Professional.

In 2002, World Waste Services opened for business and this became one of her most successful endeavors. Built Rite Manufacturing was established in 2019 and supplies quality solid waste equipment to companies across the United States and the Caribbean.  Ms. Saroza is a certified State of Florida Construction and Demolition Debris Landfills and Materials Recovered Facility Operator. Her expertise includes knowledge in the areas of worker’s compensation, environmental compliance and employee relation laws pertaining to the waste industry.

Has over Twenty Five years of experience in the waste industry an accomplished and results-driven Entrepreneur with an extremely valuable background of business and contract management. Business leader with a proven talent for targeting, analyzing and converting waste management projects to achieve maximum returns. Experienced in the purchase, management and sale of waste management products throughout the US and the Caribbean. Seasoned communicator and negotiator with a successful record of establishing relationships of trust and respect within the Industry and regulatory authorities.

SALES ASSOCIATE

Nestor Marin has an extensive history in the construction business. With over 15 years of experience, he knows the importance of waste management and aligning yourself with a company that gets it RIGHT 100% of the time. As a sales consultant with Built Rite, he has assisted various construction companies to fill all of their waste management needs in North & South America. “Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything that I do both personally and professionally”. In his free time, Nestor enjoys spending time with his family or watching football, basketball and combat sports.
